I agree with you. Grocery shopping makes me feel very peaceful, especially when I know that I am buying fresh, organic food that will make a delicious recipe with to share with friends and family. And, that I am able to food shop, for so many reasons - I have the means to do so, I have the ability to walk around, I have my independence, etc. :<)
